
Lee Ann Franklin
Lee Ann Franklin is a retreat and workshop leader, transition coach, and founder of Second Act Soul Coaching, where she helps individuals, groups, and teams navigate transitions with clarity, purpose, and joy.
Lee Ann has an M.Div. degree from Saint Paul School of Theology and is a board-certified chaplain with additional certifications in mindfulness for psychotherapy, health ethics, grief support, and grief yoga. Lee Ann served as the Executive Director of Spiritual Care & Ethics at JPS Health Network, a large public hospital system in Fort Worth, Texas. A former Creative Director and Writer for Hallmark Cards, Inc., Lee Ann is the author of The Pastor’s Practical Guide to Funerals: Offering Help, Assurance, and Hope and The Art of Support: Reaching Out to Others in Times of Loss. Her personal experiences through major life transitions and caregiving inspire her sense of purpose in equipping and empowering others to navigate change with wisdom and courage.
