In these divisive days, we will explore the art of self-compassion and compassion with others through poetic practice—such fertile ground for meeting our most intolerant and callous self-critic. How might the very practice of writing teach us something valuable about self-compassion? It’s all practice!
As the Dalai Lama writes, “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.”
All levels of poetry experience are welcome!
